Impossible Chocolate Cream Pie by www.country-cooking.com
1 c Milk
1/4 c Margarine, softened
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 oz Melted unsweetened chocolate
Cooled.
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Bisquick mix
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4". Place all ingredients
in blender container. Cover and blend on high 1 minute. Pour into plate.
Bake until no indention remains when lightly touched in center, about 30
minutes. Cool completely. Top with sweetened whipped cream if desired.
