Hot Water Crust by www.country-cooking.com
1 1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Boiling water
1/2 c Of cooking oil or fat
1/2 ts Salt
Pour the water into the oil and stir well. To this add the flour and salt,
which makes a soft rich dough. Use plenty of flour on the rolling board
and pin and do not roll too thin. This makes crust for two pies.
