Creme De Menthe Pie by www.country-cooking.com
1 Graham cracker crust
1 1/2 c Whipped cream
3 tb White creme de cocoa
33 lg Marshmallows
1/4 c Creme De Menthe
Green food coloring
Heat in small sauce pan, Milk and marshmallows over low heat until
marshmallows are melted. Refrigerate to cool mixture for approx. 20
minutes. Stir occasionally during cooling process until mixture mounds
slightly. Stir liqueurs into mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Add food
coloring until desired color is achieved. Pour mixture into graham cracker
crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
