1 tb Grated lemon zest
3/4 c Walnut pieces; toasted &

1/2 ts Cinnamon
3/4 c Unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped
MIXING THE PASTRY DOUGH: Stir together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut
