Blueberry Cream Pie by www.country-cooking.com
Graham cracker pie crust, 9 -inch
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Heavy cream
1 pt Blueberries
3 tb Apple jelly
Combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl, and mix well. Whip
cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spoon filling into crust.
Arrange blueberries on top. Heat jelly in pan and using pastry brush,
glaze top of pie with jelly. Chill 3-4 hours.
