1 1/2 lb Ground Beef (lean)
3 tbsp Red wine (dry Burgundy)
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Oregano
3 Garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
toppings such as fried onions, lettuce, tomatoes, Dijon mustard
Combine the meat with the first six ingredients, shape into patties,
cook by your favorite method and top with your favorite topping.
