1 lb Hamburger
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/3 c Catsup
3-4 dashes tabasco
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Green pepper (minced fine)
1/2 tsp Salt
Shape meat mixture into meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter; roll
meatballs in flour. Heat oil in a large skillet; brown meatballs on all
sides and cook for about 20 minutes, or until done. Remove to a warm
platter and serve with your favorite sauce or pasta.
