Pork Chop & Rice Cassarole by Yum Yum
Ingredients: 6 to 8 pork chops (I use boneless)
1 can of beef broth
1 can of onion soup
1 1/4 cup of uncooked rice
2 tbsp. of butter
Preheat oven to 350.
Place pork chops in the bottom of baking pan (may add seasonings). Pour uncooked rice on top. Pour the beef broth and onion soup over rice and porkchops. Melt 2tbsp. of butter pour on top. Cover. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
Very delicious.
