1 cup sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted
1/3 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 eggs
Beat all ingredients with spoon until smooth. Heat krumkake iron over
small electric or gas unit on medium-high heat until hot (grease lightly
if necessary). Pour scant tablespoon batter onto iron; close gently. Heat each side about 15 seconds or until light golden brown. Keep iron over heat at all times. Carefully remove cookie. Immediately roll around cone-shape roller. Remove roller when cookie is set. Cool on wire rack.
