Lime - Avocado Pie by www.country-cooking.com
2 lg Avocados
-- peeled and pitted
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c Fresh lime juice
1 9" graham cracker crust
- (baked), cooled
----------------------------------TOPPING----------------------------------
1 c Sour cream
1 tb Brown sugar
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Combine avocados, condensed milk and lime juice in blender and mix well.
Pour mixture into cooled crust. For topping: Combine sour cream and brown
sugar and carefully spread over avocado mixture. Sprinkle walnuts over top.
Chill thoroughly (overnight) before serving.
