SWEET AND SOUR KABOBS by www.country-cooking.com

1 lb Lean ground Beef
6 Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 med Green pepper, cut into squares
6 Fresh mushrooms, halved
1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, in Its own juice, undrained
3/4 c A-1 Steak Sauce
1/2 c Plain Bread crumbs
Hot cooked Rice
1 Egg, beaten
Mix ground Beef,1/4 cup Steak Sauce,Bread crumbs and Egg;shape
into 24 meatballs. Drain pineapple chunks,reserving juice.Mix
remaining Steak Sauce with reserved juice.Set aside. Thread
meatballs,pineapple,green pepper,cherry tomatoes and mushrooms on
6 metal skewers. Grill or broil kabobs,4 to 6" from heat source, for 10
to 15 minutes or until done,turning and brushing with Steak Sauce
Mixture,frequently. Serve with Rice bedding. Makes 6 servings.
