2 lb Ground Beef 1
1/2 oz Onion Soup Mix; 1 Envelope
1/2 c Bread Crumbs; Dry
1 c Dairy Sour Cream
1/8 tsp Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together. Shape mixture into 8 patties, each
about 3/4-inch thick. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat,
turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.
