1 lb Lean ground Beef
1/4 c Ketchup
1 pk Onion Soup and Dip mix
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 c Crushed crackers
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 Egg,beaten
1 Dash ground allspice
1/4 c Water
In a large bowl,thoroughly mix Beef,1/4 cup of the Soup mix, crackers
and Egg.Shape mixture into 1" meatballs. Arrange in a single layer in a
12 x 8" Microwave baking dish.
Sauce: In a small bowl, stir together remaining Soup
mix,water,ketchup, brown Sugar,vinegar and allspice.Pour over
meatballs. Cover with wax paper and Microwave on high 5 minutes or
until Meat is no longer pink.Turn meatballs and spoon Sauce over once
during cooking. Let stand,covered,5 minutes. Makes 30 meatballs.
